5. Due Diligence & Worker Checks

We complete appropriate pre‑employment checks such as:

• Role suitability screening
• Mandatory training completion

For regulated settings, we also carry out:
• Enhanced DBS checks
• Barred List checks (where required)
• Full employment/education history review
• Safeguarding briefings

We may end placements or partnerships and report concerns where risks are identified.

 

6. Risk Management

We assess risks related to worker vulnerability, fast‑paced environments, safeguarding requirements, and potential external exploitation. Risks are acted on promptly.

 

7. Training & Awareness

Office staff receive training on recognising exploitation, lawful recruitment, and reporting processes.
Temporary workers receive guidance on:
• Their rights
• Reporting concerns
• Site expectations
• Recognising exploitation

Additional safeguarding training is provided for care and school placements.

 

8. Reporting Concerns

Concerns can be raised confidentially with the Managing Director (Safeguarding Lead).
We guarantee:
• No retaliation
• Confidential handling
• Prompt investigation
• Referral to authorities where appropriate

 

9. Monitoring & Improvement

We review:
• Vetting compliance
• Safeguarding outcomes
• Complaints or concerns
• Training completion
• Feedback from workers and clients

We continue to strengthen reporting channels, training access, and awareness.
