How We Work
We are a professional hospitality staffing agency based in Hampshire, maintaining a team of skilled and enthusiastic staff in the catering and hospitality industries. As a temp staff member, you’ll share your skills, availability, and preferences with us.
We work closely with our partners who may need staff at short notice, for a single shift or for longer-term assignments. Once an opportunity arises, we’ll contact you with the details. This can be organised ahead of time, but sometimes we’ll need you at short notice—so it’s important you’re honest and upfront about your availability and prepared to work on demand.
Once you accept a job, we expect professionalism, enthusiasm, and a can-do attitude. We’re here to support you with any queries before or during your shift, and after your shift, you’ll complete a timesheet and send it back to the office. We do our best to work around your lifestyle.
Training and Guidance
If you’re new to the hospitality and catering industries, we can chat about your current skills and help advise on any courses you may need to progress. We also offer training in areas such as customer service and serving skills to help you succeed.
